All our products are packaged to order, as such 2 working day lead time + delivery speed.
On average you will receive your order no later than 3 working days after your order.
We accept returns 14 days from your order in UNOPENED, original packaging.
Once your order has been completed on our end we will send an email containing your tracking information.
Once your products have arrived, they should be stored in a dark, dry place away from strong smells. We recommend decanting all products to maximise the life on our products.

We currently have options for shipping in the UK and EU available for direct checkout on the website.
Items will come in packages selected on checkout.
We pack up to 27kg per box. anything over this will incur another rate of shipping.
If you live outside of mainland UK, such as the scottish highlands or northern ireland, then you will see a zonal surcharge when you checkout. This is only applied once per order, this is in addition to the base delivery charge.
For example: you place an order of 1 box of products which would carry a zonal surcharge of £10 and delivery charge of £8 totalling £18 shipping fee.
Choosing another box of products for £8 shipping would only total £26. Creating a saving by ordering multiple boxes at once.
As per our company goals to be as transparent as possible we have seperated this from the shipping fee for better savings across the board.
The zonal surcharge is charged to us from the couriers.
Are products are shipped in upcycled double walled boxes.
